A first visit opens with a consultation of about 10 to 15 minutes that covers the appointment itself and a longer-term plan for the client's hair. Each appointment ends with at-home styling suggestions and a next maintenance visit booked, so clients can recreate their salon look between appointments. The studio uses professional hair products and offers WiFi, water, seasonal drinks, and snacks while color is processing.

New guests book through the online booking site and submit a request for review before their appointment is confirmed; a confirmation email follows within 24 to 48 business hours. Hours are Wednesday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Sunday from 9am to 9pm. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment reopened or given to another client, and a late appointment may not allow the full booked service. Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead by message are free, while cancellations under 48 hours or not reported are charged 50 percent of the appointment, and under 24 hours 75 percent. Concerns about a cut or color must be raised within 3 business days of the visit, adjustment appointments must be booked within 7 days of the original service, and refunds are not offered for services rendered.
