Color services cover grey coverage that also darkens, an all-over refresh that darkens and refreshes roots with gloss, a dimensional reset for harsh lines or grown-out color, and a root-depth service for brunette clients that includes some lightening. Bye Bye Sparkles and All Over Refresh are color touch-ups rather than lightening services. A 15-minute Color Consult at no charge is meant to be booked before any color correction.
Extension options include a refresh with shampoo, mask and styling, a weft removal with shampoo and blowout, a one-row Volume Boost for fullness on fine hair without extra length, and a two-row Length Upgrade for added length. Initial installs of Volume Boost and Length Upgrade require an in-person consultation before booking, and a free 30-minute Extension Consult is available.
Clients book online through the GlossGenius page. The studio is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Friday from 10:30 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged 100%. Weekly Blowout packages of four a month, with or without iron work, can be bought with Buy Now, Pay Later, and package credits apply automatically at checkout.
