Hair extensions and other treatments are booked after a consultation. Pricing follows a simplified menu, with a clear starting price for each service and room to customize from there.

Color services include a retail gift, and clients can upgrade to a stylist-favorite product at a preferred rate. Retail gifts are not included with toners, root colors or all-over colors.

According to the salon, it holds multiple industry awards. It states that it received national recognition at the North American Hairstyling Awards from the Professional Beauty Association, and that it was chosen as one of five salons in North America for the Most Inspiring Salon honor.

Opening hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 8pm, Friday from 10am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Appointments are reserved with a credit card kept on file, and no deposit is taken. The salon will move an appointment at no charge when it can. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment incur a fee of 50% of the service price, and missed appointments are charged the full price. Services are non-refundable, but the salon addresses concerns raised within seven days. Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days.

Each service is customized to the client's hair type, goals and the amount of work required.
