Color is the core of the menu. A gloss adds shine and adjusts brassiness or richness in color. Root touchups, using permanent or demi-permanent color, cover gray or blend it in. Face frame foil uses up to 20 foils, and partial or full custom color are highlight services, the partial version focused on the top and sides and the full version covering the entire head, both including a gloss. Color correction requires an in-person consultation first, and pricing depends on the individual. Haircuts include a detailed consultation and a signature blowout, and blowouts are offered after a hair wash. Keratin treatments use Lasio or Kertain Complex and begin with a consultation. Hair extensions also need a consultation before installation, and the service includes move-ups.

New clients pay a deposit when booking, set by service: from $10 for a gloss up to $100 for a keratin treatment. Cancellations are made by phone, and a cancellation within 36 hours of the appointment or a no-show is charged half the booked service. Clients can ask for an adjustment to their results within one week of the original appointment.

A 15-minute consultation is offered at no charge to plan hair goals and agree on a price before booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday with shorter hours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
