The menu covers balayage, balayage retouches, highlights, color, global bleach, and color add-ons such as lowlights and root touch-ups. Cuts, group haircuts, wash and blow dry, treatment add-ons, stand-alone hair treatments, and a Brazilian blowout smoothing service are also offered, along with tape-in weft extension move-ups. Highlight retouches suit growth up to 3 inches, and root touch-ups cover up to 2 inches of outgrowth and do not lighten; longer regrowth calls for an all-over color.

The salon is open Monday from 11 AM to 7:30 PM, Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Wednesday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM, Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. It is closed on weekends. The salon states it has over 200 five-star reviews.

Booking means agreeing to the cancellation terms and following post-care instructions. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the service.
