The salon does not take phone bookings. Clients book by text or email, and the listed hours are daily from 10 to 7, closed Sundays. Clients planning a big change or unsure what to book are asked to share photos of their current hair and an inspiration image, which the team uses to match them with a suitable stylist. New bleach and tone clients need a consultation first, and transformational color requires photos and a described goal before booking.

Beyond color, the salon offers haircuts for women, men, and nonbinary clients in short, medium, long, and thick or curly versions, along with clipper cuts, scissor or razor cuts with a blow dry, and shampoo blowouts using Oribe and K18 styling products. Cezanne keratin smoothing is available on its own or with a haircut. Pricing may vary based on prior condition, density, and length of hair.

The salon offers a complimentary redo within 14 days of the original appointment, for the same service with the original stylist. The redo does not apply if another salon or stylist has altered the hair. Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead are charged half the service fee, and those made less than 24 hours ahead are charged the full fee.

Works entirely by text and email, and matches bigger color clients with a stylist using photos of their current hair and an inspiration image.
