Appointments are planned to be calm, personal and unhurried. The work centers on hair health and a refined finish, and infused steam therapy is one of the signature services.

Services fall into color, hair and consultation groups. Color options include a temporary semi-gloss color that coats the hair surface without developer, and a demi-permanent color with a low-volume developer that enhances tone, deepens richness and blends gray without lifting natural color. Hair services run from a personalized sculpted cut and a pixie experience to silk press styling and extension installs, including a closure install that starts with a phone consultation.

Booking terms: deposits count toward the service total and hold the reserved time, but they are non-refundable. A guest who neither arrives nor reschedules within 72 hours of the appointment forfeits the deposit, and after a no-show full prepayment is required for future bookings. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 25% of the service price. The salon is closed Mondays, open Tuesday 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 4 PM. Photos and video taken at the salon are used only for promotional content.
