Services cover protective and braided styles such as cornrows, flat twists and two-strand twists, along with loc re-twist maintenance, sew-in extensions, quick weaves, crochet installs and wig installs. Cutting, natural hair styling, silk presses, ponytails, color, chemical relaxer services and wash and blow dry round out the menu.

Specialty packages, the Healthy Scalp System and the Healthy Hair Wellness Program, are personalized and chosen after a consultation that looks at the scalp, the hair and the client's specific needs. In-person consultations are strongly recommended, while virtual and phone consultations are not offered as an in-depth analysis. Consultations are recommended for first-time color clients, extensions, major transformations, corrective work, or anyone unsure what to book, and they are stand-alone visits that do not count toward later services.

Every service includes a professional shampoo, a deep conditioning treatment, scalp-focused care and a customized styling experience. Clients should arrive with their hair detangled unless a detangling add-on is booked, and natural or textured hair appointments may need three to four hours. Appointments are booked online, with a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure each one. Cancelling or missing an appointment forfeits the deposit and may bring a charge of up to the full booked price. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may mean a late fee of $25 or more, capped at $50, a shortened service, or cancellation.

The salon is open Wednesday to Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 3:00pm, with free parking on site. Accepted payments include cash, the major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle and Vagaro Pay Later.

Hair health is treated as beginning at the scalp, with a deliberate choice of products, tools and methods and customized care plans.
