The hair menu centers on blow outs and dry styles, with add-ons such as deep conditioning, head massage, a braid, Color Wow treatments, bonded extensions and a ready-to-wear clip-in extension installation. There is a child's service called Blo Mini for children 8 and under, and customized looks for special occasions. Blow outs can be booked for a special occasion or simply for any ordinary day.

The makeup menu covers everyday wear and events, from brows only and touch-ups to express face, eyes only, full face and full face with lashes. Clients can choose one of five signature looks or bring a mood board for a custom design. A hair look book (Red Carpet, Holly Would, Pillow Talk and Uptown Curl) and a makeup look book (Cabana Queen, Class Act, City Night Socialite, Daydreamer, Wedding Belle and Smoke Show) help guide choices.
