Visits center on the blow out. A wash uses products chosen for the client's hair type and chosen style, and add-ons include Color Wow treatments, UNITE and RE:UNITE scalp care, BLONDAFix, Keratin Complex Vital Shot, Express Keratin, a Uluxury wash, deep conditioning, braiding and head massage. Clip-in extensions can be installed with a blow out, using pieces brought in or bought from the bar. Blow outs are also offered for guests with bonded extensions, though installation is not included. The bars do not offer haircuts or hair color. For children 8 and under, a Blo Mini includes a wash and blow out.

Makeup is offered for everyday occasions as well as events. Makeup artists work from five signature looks or build a custom look from a client's mood board, and Makeup on the Go sends an artist to a location the client chooses, with offerings varying by location. Express options include brow shaping without hair removal, lip touch-ups, lash application, and lash plus liner in pencil, liquid or gel. Bridal work covers hair and makeup for engagement shoots, bridal showers, bachelorette parties and the wedding day, either in the bar or on site at a hotel, reception venue or other location. Bridal party styling can be done in the bar or on location, and bridal pricing differs by market.
