Beyond braids, the studio offers crochet installs (hair not included), sew-ins, passion and two-strand twists, ponytails, a silk press, a flexi rod set, loc comb outs and a moisture steam treatment. Natural hair products are also sold for purchase. For anyone who wants to learn, a one-on-one braiding class is offered, with a manikin and supplies included.

Hours run Monday through Wednesday and Sunday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and Thursday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 8 PM. Appointments take a deposit sent through Cash App, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A no-call, no-show is charged 20% of the service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients can send questions to the braider through a contact form on the booking site.
