Extensions come in a range of lengths, curls and thicknesses, and are offered as either a new set or a refill. A refill replaces extensions that have shed naturally and keeps the set looking full; the studio typically recommends one every two to three weeks. For clients who want curl and color without extensions, a lash lift and tint works on natural lashes, with results lasting several weeks.

Ombre Powder Brows are a semi-permanent technique that produces a soft, shaded finish similar to brow makeup. Each brow is planned around the client's own brow shape, facial features, skin tone and hair color. The Powder Brows package includes an initial session, a perfecting touch-up four to six weeks later, and the custom shape and color.

Before a lash appointment, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no mascara or lash curler. Afterward, the studio advises avoiding oil-based products, rubbing or pulling at the lashes, and water or steam for 24 hours.
