Clients who have questions or booking issues can reach out through the website or by phone. Cancelling on the day of an appointment without rescheduling, or not showing up, carries a 50% fee. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
