The studio's main focus is lash extensions, offered in four styles that differ in how many extensions go on each natural lash. Classic sets use one synthetic extension per natural lash in a 1:1 ratio and cover 75% or more of natural lashes, depending on the health and density of the client's own lashes. Hybrid sets mix classic 1:1 extensions with hand-fanned volume fans of two to five finer extensions. Volumation sets place a hand-made fan of two to six volume extensions on each natural lash, and mega volume sets place seven to fifteen ultra fine extensions in each fan.

Maintenance is built around refills. Touch-ups are typically needed every two to four weeks, and extensions usually stay in place for about two months.
