Guests do not need to wash their hair beforehand, and the salon does not offer blowouts or styling. The Torrent Brooks head spa is $150 for 60 minutes, the Cedar Rapids men's head spa is $165 for 60 minutes and includes a mini facial, and Couture Falls is $185 for 60 minutes and pairs the signature head spa with a facial. Luxe Cascades runs 90 minutes at $235 and adds a spa facial and shoulder, arm and hand massage. Group options include the Signature Head Spa at $150 per guest for group bookings and a Luxury Head Spa with a facial at $235 per guest. Guests can book a private Duo head spa for two side by side, and groups of three or more can use a private Head Spa Suite.

Treatments span facial services built on radiofrequency microneedling, medical-grade peels, nano-infusion work and advanced dermaplaning, with a plan drawn up for each client. The standard facial menu is adjusted for age-related changes, uneven pigmentation, acne, fine lines and wrinkles, and every facial includes a massage of the neck, shoulders and arms. Botox and Letybo neurotoxin injections are available. According to the salon, Letybo has FDA approval in the United States, and the business says it was among the first to offer Letybo at its Centennial office. Botox is a prescription medication that only a licensed healthcare provider may give. Before treatment, clients are asked to stop blood-thinning medications and supplements three days ahead and to avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours. A follow-up visit is suggested about two weeks after the first treatment, and facials, microdermabrasion and facial massage should be skipped for seven days afterward. Juvederm fillers restore volume and shape the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and deeper folds. SkinVive by Juvederm is intended to add hydration to cheek skin without changing facial shape.

VI Peels from Vitality Institute come in six formulations and are medium-depth peels that the business describes as painless. The site lists them for sun damage, melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, and fine lines and wrinkles, and says they are suitable for all skin types and tones. Peeling typically peaks on days three and four, eases by day five, and results usually show by day seven. For at least 7 days after, clients should avoid hot showers, steam rooms, saunas, swimming and heavy sweating, and mechanical exfoliation should wait 10 to 14 days. Lash and brow services include lash lift and tint, the Korean lash lift, brow lamination and brow shaping, offered in Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Parker and South Denver. Brazilian and bikini waxing takes place in a private room with attention to technique, comfort and skin care, and facial and body waxing are also available. Scalp Wellness Consultations are offered for thinning, shedding and ongoing scalp concerns, with medically directed treatment recommendations.
