Blink By Mack is a lash salon in Stanhope, New Jersey, founded and owned by Mackenna Wallace. Classic lash extensions are the core service, with one lash applied to each natural lash. A full set takes about 1.5 to 3 hours and a fill about 1 to 1.5 hours. The salon says extensions last about 2 to 3 weeks before a fill is needed, and clients receive a lash cleanser to use daily.

Before a visit, clients are asked to wear oil-free makeup around the eyes and to remove makeup beforehand. Fills are booked 4 to 21 days after the last appointment, with 14 to 18 days recommended. Visits booked 21 or more days after the last one are charged as a full set. Corrections for unusual fallout within the first 3 days are fixed at no charge with approval, and later corrections are charged as a fill. The salon does not take over extensions applied elsewhere; those clients need a removal and a full set first. Guests and children are not permitted at appointments.

Booking requires an active credit card. Changes need at least 48 hours notice. A no-show or late cancellation is charged 100% of the service, and the card is charged only in that case. Payment is due in full at the end of each service, by cash or card. Service sales, retail sales and gift certificates are final and non-refundable.

Training is a major part of the business. Beginner courses cover classic and volume fundamentals, and experienced artists can take shorter courses in Authentic Russian Volume and extended volume techniques. The salon also hosts LashBox LA trainings, which it describes as the LashBox LA hub for the Tri-state area. The LashBox LA Mega Volume course is a one-day class at $690 that covers the Mega Volume manual, ultra-fine diameter and Y lash theory, and step-by-step Flower Bouquet and Shimmy-Free techniques, with hands-on practice alongside educators. A kit and certificate are included. All training courses require a Cosmetology or Esthetician license.

Each lash set is customized to the client, and education runs alongside the services, from beginner courses to one-on-one training for the salon's own team.
