Lash services include full sets, refills, fills, bottoms and a 50% standard set, which covers half the lashes from end to end for a softer look and needs no refills. New clients can book a free patch test of about 20 minutes to check for a reaction to the adhesive, and a full set can be booked after a 48-hour wait.

Grace periods are 15 minutes for lashes, 10 minutes for gems and 5 minutes for facial waxing. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and the business does not offer refunds.
