Color is booked in blocks of time that depend on hair density and how much work is needed. Options run from a one-hour gloss or toner to a four-hour full highlight or balayage on extremely dense hair. Five-hour sessions are set aside for intricate fashion color and color correction, and a six-hour session is booked only when the salon specifically asks for it. A haircut of 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes can be added to a color appointment, depending on the cut described.

Locs and protective styles include loc retwists priced by loc size, loc repair and loc haircuts, starter locs, and a range of wash-and-go, twist, braid, rod set and crochet styles. Larger braid and crochet styles run from five to eight hours. Cornrow crochet and jumbo box braid clients reply to their confirmation email with reference photos before the visit.

Consultations are the first step for several services. All new color clients book a consultation before a color appointment, and starter locs require an in-person consultation first. Other consultations, including a longer in-depth option for general questions, can be done by video through a Google Meet link sent with the confirmation.
