The lash menu includes full sets and fills in several styles, among them Signature Wispy, Mega Classic, Light Volume, Wet Lashes, Volume and Mega Volume. A full set takes about three hours and a fill about two. A mini fill for any set takes an hour, and lash removal takes half an hour. New lash clients receive a free aftercare kit, and anyone can book a free 20-minute consultation before committing to a service.

Waxing covers the lips, chin, neck, eyebrows, full face, underarms, stomach, back, bikini, Brazilian and both legs. Services run from about ten minutes for a lip or underarm wax to forty minutes for a full leg. The business recommends hair be about the length of a grain of rice or longer, and suggests returning every three to six weeks depending on how quickly hair grows.

Booking comes with set rules. Full sets require a $25 non-refundable deposit and fills require a $20 one, both applied to the total. Fills are not accepted after 21 days, need at least 40% of the extensions still in place, and are not taken from other salons, where a removal and full set would be booked instead. Clients should arrive with clean lashes and no makeup. Late arrivals beyond a 10-minute grace period, no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours carry a 50% fee. Services are non-refundable, and gift card sales are final.
