The lash menu covers several styles. Classic extensions aim for a more defined look that still reads as the client's own lashes and take 45 to 60 minutes. Hybrid extensions combine classic and volume techniques in a similar time frame. Volume extensions place multiple ultra-fine extensions on each natural lash, from 2D up to 10D or more, and take 45 to 75 minutes. For a bolder, wide, doll-like eye effect there is the anime style, and LED lash extensions use an LED curing method; the business says its LED-cured bonds are durable and oil-resistant and that its adhesives are formulated to minimize irritation.
Beyond lashes, the studio offers eyebrow lamination and eyebrow tint, which is a semi-permanent dye that darkens brows for a few weeks. Its Keratin Lash Lift and Lash Tint is a semi-permanent treatment that lifts, curls and darkens natural lashes in 30 to 45 minutes, with results typically lasting 6 to 8 weeks and repeatable on the same schedule. The skin care menu includes derma blading with hydration, which gently removes fine vellus hair and exfoliates in about 45 minutes, a K-Beauty LED light treatment, a K-Beauty facial designed to help skin care products absorb, and a Korean hydration facial with blackhead and whitehead removal that includes double cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, toners, essences, masks and moisturizers. Clients who sign up can also join skin care detail plans.
Booking is confirmed instantly through Fresha, with payment by app. A non-refundable deposit secures the appointment and is applied to the total, and deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours. Refills are considered within 2 to 3 weeks of the last visit and require at least 30% of lashes to remain; otherwise a full set is charged. Clients should arrive on time, with clean, makeup-free eyes, and the studio may refuse service for eye infections, sensitivities or conditions that affect lash retention.
