Extensions are the salon's main focus. Hair is 100% human, custom color-matched, and installed with Genius wefts or hand-tied wefts; the team stocks 36 shades named after locations and can blend several shades in one install. Lengths run from 14 to 24 inches and beyond. Because extension hair is kept in-house, extension appointments do not wait on shipping. Pricing is set by length, row count and artist tier, so a 14-inch single-row install with an Associate Stylist starts at $840 and the top-tier 24-plus-inch, three-row install with the Artistic Director runs up to $4,450 or more. The salon says its extensions are undetectable, even in high ponytails. Extension guests can ask for a maintenance plan built around bump-ups, which are express refreshes done about six to eight weeks after install on clean, dry hair, and move-ups, which are full reinstalls with a natural hair wash and blowout usually done eight or more weeks after install.

A visit starts with a consultation about how the client lives with their hair and how often they want to come in. A Beauty Consultation is a 30-minute in-salon visit to review hair history, test curl patterns and give an exact quote. Guests who prefer to plan from home can use the online virtual quote, which asks five questions and requests two photos of the hair; the salon manager confirms the final price and artist match, and photos are seen only by the team. Guests can enjoy a complimentary snack and drink bar with every service, free high-speed Wi-Fi and charging at every chair, heated blankets, and personalized Spotify playlists. Deposits are required for extension installs and color correction and are applied to the final total. Gratuity is optional, and gift cards are available in any amount. No payment plans or financing are offered for extension services. A referral program gives current guests a $45 salon credit for each new guest who completes a service, and referred new guests receive $45 off their first visit.

The salon also runs a model program in which assistants work under educator oversight at lower prices. Model guests pay in full at booking, agree to be photographed and filmed for the salon's social channels, and are asked to tip 20% of the regular service cost. Extensions for model services are arranged through a custom plan and estimate.
