About

Tyler is the owner and artistic director of Blend, and also serves as its creative director, in-house extension educator and extension creator. The owner trains every Blend artist in-house and sets the salon's creative direction. Tyler's specialties include luxury lived-in blondes with soft brightness and natural dimension, healthy hair transformations, and seamless extensions such as Genius and hand-tied wefts, plus custom blends. Makes dimensional blends designed to grow out over 4 to 6 months with little upkeep, and long-term hair plans built around hair history, daily routine and goals. Before working in hair, the owner was a photographer. The owner developed a beaded, then sewn-in extension installation method that is comfortable and practically undetectable. Appointments open with a talk about daily routine, upkeep preferences and how often the client wants to come in. Tyler's schedule is Wednesday and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, plus some Saturdays.
