Every beauty service begins with a consultation. Clients can book a pre-visit consultation through the booking site, which includes patch tests for sensitive skin, and a patch test is recommended before a first-time tint, done ahead of the full service. The lounge offers snacks, bubbly, sparkling water, coffee, tea and complimentary wifi. A check-in text arrives a few days after a visit unless a guest asks not to be texted.

Lash extensions are faux mink, in sizes from 7mm to 17mm. A full set takes about two hours, and refills are recommended every two to three weeks. A lash bath is available for an additional $20 when lashes are not makeup-free at the appointment. Issues with lashes or brows reported within 72 hours can be raised with the salon under its satisfaction guarantee.

Brow work includes precision shaping with zinc-oxide wax, a three-step chemical lamination that straightens and lifts brow hair for up to four weeks, and a hybrid tint that lasts 7 to 14 days on skin and about seven weeks on hair, depending on skin type. The Deluxe Brow Package combines lamination, tint, waxing, two masks, a brow massage and an aftercare kit. The $20 quick brow clean-up is not offered to first-time clients and does not include brow mapping.

Face waxing uses hard and soft wax, chosen according to guest preference. Clients are asked to avoid retinols, AHA/BHA exfoliants and chemical peels for five to seven days before facial waxing. Facials are customized by an esthetician to target specific skin concerns, and can include detox, facial and shoulder massage, steaming, exfoliation, extractions if needed, masking, LED treatment, and finishing with sunscreen, lip balm and moisturizer.
