First-time guests book one of the New Guest services after filling out the new guest form on the website. Those services pair a custom dry curly cut with color, along with a scalp massage or cleanse, a deep conditioning treatment and curl styling with at-home care guidance. The business describes New Guest Transform as its most popular service.

Returning guests can choose a curly cut alone, a longer Curly Cut Deluxe that adds detox, deep conditioning and styling education, or one of two color packages. The Curly Revamp is a touch-up of balayage or highlights around the face, part and top half of the head, and The Curly Transform covers a full head of highlights or dimensional color, a root retouch with face-framing highlights, or a full color change. Both include a toner, curly cut and styling. These two packages were formerly called partial highlight plus curly cut and full highlight plus curly cut.

Visits take place in a small space with no receptionist, so clients text when they arrive and wait in their car. There is a free parking lot behind the building. Clients should come in with clean or day-old, dry and detangled hair styled the way they usually wear their curls, without clips, buns or ponytails.

A credit card is kept on file to book, but no deposit is taken. Changes need 48 hours notice, and shorter notice or a no-show carries a 50% fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may cost the appointment, and children are not permitted at appointments. Services are not refunded, but clients unhappy with a result can contact the business within 7 days to discuss an adjustment.
