Brows are the strongest focus. Options range from a $30 tweeze and waxing to brow lamination, brow staining, and machine microblading, nano brows or ombre powder brows at $675. Brow correction and color correction for brows done at another salon are $800 and must be booked after a consultation, with a $275 deposit for new clients. The free 30-minute consultation can be done virtually by email. Deposits apply to many services, including $100 for nano and ombre brows and $100 for new-client lip blush.

Permanent makeup has its own set of requirements. Clients under 18 are not candidates, and some medical conditions or recent treatments may need a doctor's clearance first. Clients should avoid sun and tanning beds for 30 days before and after a procedure, and anyone arriving with a new tan or sunburn must reschedule and forfeit the deposit. Appointments should be at least 14 days before or after a vaccination. According to the studio, brows heal over about 10 to 14 days on the top layers and fully settle in 4 to 6 weeks. A perfecting session can be booked 6 to 8 weeks after the first appointment, and some clients need a third. The studio says permanent brow results typically last years, with touch-ups every one to two years for most clients.

Visits are scheduled on set days: Tuesday 3:00 to 7:00pm, Wednesday 11:00am to 7:00pm, Thursday by request, Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm. The studio is closed Sunday and Monday. Parking is in a lot directly outside, shared with Smashed RVA. Children are not permitted in the studio. Same-day cancellations are charged in full, and cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead are charged. Clients get a one-week grace period to reschedule, after which a new appointment is needed.

Offers both permanent and non-permanent brow and beauty services. All permanent makeup is done by machine, with no blade work, and a topical numbing product is applied beforehand for comfort.
