Facials are the studio's longer treatments. The full facial takes at least 75 minutes and comes in four options, built around a double cleanse, facial massage, exfoliation, extractions, a facial mask and finishing products such as serum, moisturizer and SPF. A facial peel is offered in three options, and a diamond microdermabrasion uses a diamond-tipped wand for exfoliation. Smaller add-ons include an extractions-only visit for removing ingrown hair and a short aromatherapy scalp massage using essential oils. Back and chest facials are also offered, and both ask for a deposit when booking.
The waxing menu is the largest part of the listing, covering the face, arms, legs, back, stomach and bikini area, along with a dedicated Brazilian wax for first-time and returning clients. Many waxes take between 10 and 30 minutes. A birthday brow is offered during the month of the client's birthday with ID, and a Vagacial combines a Brazilian wax with a facial. Clients can also book a waxing course, which covers the fundamentals of waxing, safety, sanitation and procedure and includes a waxing kit for five to ten clients.
Bookings are made online through a GlossGenius booking page. Card information is kept to hold an appointment unless a deposit is required. Appointments not cancelled within 24 hours are charged a 50% fee, and that fee can be applied to a rescheduled service in the same month. Deposits are non-refundable. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are 3 to 8 PM on Mondays and Fridays, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Tuesdays, 8:30 AM to 8 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 5 to 8 PM on Saturdays, and 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM on Sundays.
