Appointments run Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 9 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM; the studio is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Prices are listed as starting points, and several services vary with the products used or the amount of lightening needed. For vivid color and color correction, a free virtual consultation is recommended so the stylist can estimate price and timing first, and color correction is handled only after the stylist confirms eligibility by message. Services are non-refundable. Late arrivals more than 10 minutes past the start time are rescheduled and charged half the service cost, cancellations inside 24 hours are charged half, and no-shows are charged half to the card on file and cannot rebook. Emergency reschedules should be arranged by phone with the stylist. Clients under 18 are seen only if discussed with the stylist before the visit.
