The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with Tuesday and Thursday closed. Monday and Wednesday run 10 AM to 2 PM, Friday 11 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM.

The menu is organized as a single hair category. Cutting options range from bang trims and children's cuts for kids under 11 to clipper cuts, and a haircut and style that is tailored to a client's preferences, face shape and hair texture. Styling options include blowouts, iron styling, wash and style, and event styling, which can include decor and ambiance to suit a theme.

Treatments and add-ons include deep conditioning, scalp treatment, K18 protective add-ons, and a tinsel application of 12 pieces applied with the hand croquet technique. Consultations are free and last 15 minutes, for personalized hair care recommendations.

Policies: a 30% cancellation fee applies if an appointment is not canceled within 24 hours of the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
