Services are grouped into color, dimensional color, vivid color, haircuts, hair toppers, treatments, consultations and waxing. Color work ranges from toner and root touch-ups to balayage, foil highlights and lowlights, and color correction, which is used to remove old permanent color, fix a poor color job or make a significant lightening change. Prices are starting points, and extra product cost is added for thick or long hair.

Vivid color is custom, with options such as full rainbow looks and colorful peekaboo or halo effects. Vivid shades are semi-permanent and typically last six to eight weeks with proper care. Hair toppers and meshless integration are offered for women experiencing hair loss on the top of the head, beginning with a consultation, and hair for a topper is paid for before the appointment can be booked.

New guests complete a digital consultation form, and the stylist decides whether the booking is a good fit. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, or a 50% late fee applies. Clients who are unhappy with a result have one week to request a redo, which is done at no cost, though refunds are not given.

Color is treated as work that needs care and intention, and clients are encouraged to change their color often rather than keep one shade.
