The studio describes itself as a leading expert in the lash extension industry and says its team includes top-level professionals, recognized experts and international champions. Kristina Jarosz founded the studio and owns it.

Each visit begins with a personalized consultation to choose a style that suits the client's features. Comfort items are offered during appointments, including an orthopedic mattress, a neck support pillow, a blanket and coffee or tea to go. Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup, since removing it can take up to 20 minutes, and a waiver must be completed before services. A classic full set is $145 and takes about 1 hour 45 minutes, and the studio says consultation and procedure together can take up to 2.5 hours.

The studio states that its extensions are safe and do not damage natural lashes. Lash extensions are said to last up to 4 to 6 weeks, and refills are recommended every three to four weeks. Clients are advised not to use mascara on extensions, since the oil in mascara weakens the adhesive. Extension removal is done with professional products.

Booking rules: rescheduling or cancelling without a fee requires at least 24 hours' notice, and one last-minute change for illness or a family emergency is allowed once. Changes within 12 hours of the appointment carry a 50 percent fee, and cancelling within 2 hours or not showing up incurs the full service fee. Reminders go out by text and email 72 and 24 hours ahead. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be moved to another day. Lash extensions that fall off early are redone for free. Concerns must be raised within 72 hours of the appointment, and a complimentary 45-minute touch-up may be offered when the fault lies with product or application. No refunds are given for services or products. Payment is by debit or credit card, Cash App or cash; personal checks are not accepted. Children under 12 are strongly discouraged from attending appointments.

Infills for clients coming from another studio are $130 for classic, volume, mega volume, hybrid and wet look styles. Existing clients are priced by booking interval. An infill three weeks and five days after the last visit is charged as a four-week infill, and one booked four weeks and five days out with under 45 percent of extensions remaining receives a full set.
