A free in-depth consultation is available before booking, and the spa describes its setting as warm and soothing.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin type and individual needs. Before any treatment begins, the team carries out an individualized skin care analysis. The spa combines clinical innovations with a holistic approach, and the facial menu runs from a Mini or Teen Facial, which is suggested monthly or every two months between deeper cleansing facials, to longer treatments such as the Signature DNA/Cell Repair Facial and the Non-Surgical Face Lifting Treatment using micro current. Acid and non-acid peels, microdermabrasion, and vitamin C and enzyme-based facials are also offered for breakouts, pigmentation, fine lines, and very sensitive or rosacea-prone skin.

The massage menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, sport therapy, hot rock, reflexology, and aroma-raindrop massage, along with a shorter neck, shoulder and back session. Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point and sport therapy massages are offered in 60, 75 or 90 minute lengths. Massages are not booked online, so clients are asked to call the spa. Massages can be individually designed, and adjustments can be requested when booking or on arrival.

Combined spa packages include the Serenity Package, which pairs a Premium Spa Facial with a 60-minute Swedish or deep tissue massage, and the Illuminating Package, which pairs a 90-minute massage, a grapefruit and essential oil body scrub, and a 70-minute DNA-Repair Facial. Specialty treatments also include cranio therapy using Upledger techniques for migraines, facial pain and TMJ, salt glow and algae or Dead Sea mud body treatments, and eye, lip and scar-focused care. Gift certificates are available, and the spa also sells antiques through a separate section of its website.
