Before services begin, new guests have a consultation covering their goals, how much maintenance they are prepared to keep up, their budget and their at-home hair care. Guests who want to start with extensions can book a Digital Extension Consultation, and guests new to the salon can book a New Guest Digital Consultation.

Visits include complimentary bottled or sparkling water, hot tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks, plus free wifi and seating while color processes. Parking is on the street, with 2-hour spots directly in front of the salon and 4-hour spots across the street. Commuter and metered parking is free to the public Monday to Friday after 6pm and all day on weekends and holidays.

Invisible Bead Extensions are the salon's extension method. They use 1 to 3 rows of 100% human hair attached to a row of beads and hand-tied wefts, and each weft is hand painted and custom colored to blend with the guest's hair. Installation takes between 2 and 4.5 hours depending on the result wanted, and removal takes about 10 minutes and is adhesive free. The salon describes the method as the most requested extension method and as award-winning, and states that it is tape free, bond free, braid free, chemical free and tension free. Rows need to be moved up every 7 to 9 weeks.

Starting prices are listed for each service. Color Experience prices may rise depending on the stylist and the products used, and color correction requires a consultation and is charged hourly based on the stylist.

Row count and placement for extensions are set individually for each guest, and cutting and styling rates reflect the stylist's experience and the timing and difficulty of the service.
