Booking runs through a DaySmart Appointments scheduling system. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling or rescheduling inside that window carries a $25 fee before rebooking, or the loss of one treatment session. Arriving 15 minutes late leads to the appointment being cancelled, and a no-show also costs one treatment session. After a third repeated late cancellation or no-show, an extra $25 fee applies per appointment.
The site also has an education section describing Cell Life USA oral supplements made from porcine-derived extracts, and lists a hair loss treatment service. The business has not confirmed that the supplements are available at the clinic.
