The practice says it does not rely on one-size-fits-all protocols. Plans are shaped around each patient's symptoms, goals, history and physiology. The practice is primarily self-pay and does not bill commercial insurance, Medicare or Medicaid unless otherwise stated. It can provide a superbill on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement, which is not guaranteed. Payment is due when services are rendered, and major cards, HSA and FSA are accepted. Lab testing, imaging, prescriptions, compounded medications and supplements may be billed separately. Memberships and treatment packages follow their own terms, and cancellations need at least 24 business hours' notice. The practice is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm and closed on Sundays.
