The spa's planning approach is called the Perpetual Glow Method, which moves clients through three steps: Relax with neuromodulators, Restore with dermal filler, and Renew with Morpheus8. Jasmine Zandieh founded the spa and created the method. Dr. Emery Jamerson serves as Medical Director and oversees medical and safety standards for all treatments.

Visits are by appointment only, Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, plus one Saturday a month from 10am to 2pm. Appointments can be booked online and are confirmed by text right away. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged a $50 fee.
