Visits usually begin with a consultation. It is recommended for major services and required for color corrections and extensions, and it can often be done the same day as the appointment. Clients who have had work done at another salon complete a consultation and sign a liability waiver first. Hair goals, color options and extension details, including deposits, are covered at that stage. Color corrections may take several sessions, and the studio does not promise perfect results in one visit.

The menu covers cuts with blow dry and styling, several color services from a gloss or root touch-up to full highlights, foiled balayage and all-over color, extension options including tape-ins, I-tips and Genius Wefts packages, and three repair treatments. Pricing starts at $60 for a blow dry and style, $70 for a haircut and style, and $120 for all-over color, with extensions and the keratin smoothing treatment priced by package, row or hair quantity.

Appointments often fill one to three weeks ahead. A credit card is kept on file to book, but nothing is charged at booking, and services are paid in full on the day. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations or no-shows carry a $50 fee. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be shortened or moved. Cash and major cards are accepted, and digital gift cards are available.

The studio emphasizes hair health throughout, with a visual and tactile check of hair at each visit, styling with minimal heat and thermal protection, and lightening applied gradually to limit overprocessing.
