Clients who are new, or who have been away for six months or more, begin with a New Client Corrective Facial and skin analysis. Chemical peels and Procell Microchanneling are not offered on a first visit and are reserved for clients with an established treatment plan. The studio describes its facials as medical-grade corrective facials and recommends a series of treatments alongside a consistent at-home routine. Clients are advised to skip other facial treatments for 7 to 14 days after a facial.

Booking opens in two-week windows, and the schedule is updated every Monday. A deposit or a 50% prepayment reserves a visit, and deposits and prepayments are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice, and a $25 fee applies to a shorter-notice change or a second reschedule. Arriving more than 10 minutes late cancels the appointment, and a missed visit without notice prevents rebooking. The client intake form is due 24 hours before the appointment, and intake and consent forms must be completed before service. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to complete the forms. Cash and major credit cards are accepted. Gratuity is not included in prices, and customary tipping is 15% to 20% at the client's discretion.

The online shop carries skincare from brands including Circadia, GlyMed Plus, Factor Five, Image ILUMA, Dermathod and KRX, along with the studio's own line, and can be filtered by skin type. It also sells professional-grade tools for home use. The company says its products are formulated by cosmetic professionals in an FDA-registered facility and are cruelty-free, paraben-free, and free of harmful colorants and fragrances. It states its ingredients are natural and certified organic. The company's stated aim is products that are cost-effective and effective. Product refunds and exchanges are not offered, orders can be canceled within 12 to 24 hours, and orders ship within the U.S., its territories, and military postal addresses.
