A typical visit might start with a class in barre, yoga, cardio, HIIT or pilates, then continue to a massage, facial or body treatment, followed by time in the sauna, steam room, hammam or heated pool. Massage options include Swedish strokes, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Facials can be customized, and body treatments include scrubs. Session lengths vary by location, generally from 50 to 90 minutes. Spa appointments can be booked online, through the app or by calling the front desk, and cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a full-service cancellation fee.

Options include a fitness-only plan, a spa-access plan, a combined club and spa plan, and higher tiers that bundle unlimited classes with recovery or a set number of signature therapies. Thirty-day passes are offered for one or two people. Members at several sites receive discounts on therapy add-ons and in the boutique, and drop-in rates or class packages are available without a membership. Select locations have fully equipped gyms for members who prefer to train on their own.

Guests under 18 generally need parental consent or a guardian present for massages. Fitness class participants are generally at least 16, with ages 14 and 15 permitted when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Prenatal massages are offered for clients past the first trimester with clearance from a healthcare provider. At Beaver Creek, spa service prices include a 20% service charge that is passed in full to the staff who perform the service.

Group bookings are available for bridal, bachelorette and wedding parties, retreats, and company outings, and spa buyouts can be arranged for groups at several locations.
