Services range from quick trims and kids' cuts to full blonding and straightening work. Color clients start with a consultation, either in person or by virtual call, and complete a new color client form first. Chemical services require a card kept on file and a non-refundable deposit that is deducted from the final total. Appointments are listed on the booking site, and times that are not listed are handled as after-hours requests by text or email, with limited availability.
Clients can book Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM; the salon is closed Sunday. Early bird appointments run from 6 AM to 7:59 AM. Cancellations need 24 hours of notice, with a 20% charge on the card on file for shorter notice, and a no-call, no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients more than 10 minutes late to appointments of 1.5 hours or less, or 15 minutes late to longer ones, may not be accommodated. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and are final sale.
