Manicures run from a no-color natural service and a lacquer manicure to a Korean gel manicure with a lightweight, natural-looking finish, a structured gel manicure built with soft builder gel, and hard gel options. Gel-X extensions use Apres gel and come in XS, S, M and long sizes. A Nail Fix can lengthen one or two broken nails so they match the rest.

Pedicures include an essential wet pedicure, a gel pedicure, a spa pedicure, a deluxe pedicure, and several signature versions. The signature pedicures are described as vegan-friendly and include callus removal, sugar scrub and hot stone massage. The Reset Pedicure uses a purifying soak, detox masque, salt scrub and massage butter. For ingrown toenails, the Ingrown Relief Pedicure pairs an essential pedicure with a three-step flat gel process, mainly on big toes, which typically takes three sessions.

The studio asks for at least 48 hours' notice when cancelling. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less notice are charged a 100% service fee. Clients who already have nail product on should book the matching removal service. Clients should reserve the exact service they plan to receive, as same-day changes may not be possible. Fill appointments should be booked within 3 weeks of the previous service, or a rebalancing fee may apply. If outside builder product or structured gel is found during removal, extra fees may apply.
