Hair by Oyu operates as a one-on-one salon inside Raffiné at 3580 Wilshire Blvd, open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm and closed on Sundays. Appointments are booked through the salon's website or by phone.

Each visit starts with a consultation that covers hair history, lifestyle and the client's goals, and the work that follows is planned around those answers. The salon says the client is the only focus from the first consultation through the final styling.

Color is the core of the menu: balayage, partial and full highlights, face-framing highlights, dimensional color, single process color, root touch-ups and toner or gloss. Blonde transformations are a specialty, and the salon also offers color correction, which is priced by the hour and includes a complimentary consultation.

Beyond color, the salon offers women's and men's cuts, blowouts and styling, premium hair extensions, deep conditioning and bond-building hair treatments, detoxifying and nourishing scalp treatments, and perms. Three packaged services combine color, toner, treatment and styling for clients who want a set plan.
