The salon describes its work as a disciplined art form focused on clarity, quality and minimalism, and says it treats each set like a small design project with considered shapes and controlled color. Freehand nail art starts from a reference or a rough idea and can include custom linework, hand-mixed color, chrome, airbrush, 3D sculpting and line art. Walk-ins and standard services are handled to the same studio standard at all three locations.

Appointments can be booked online through Fresha or by phone at each studio. Walk-in slots are held open each day, though booking ahead guarantees a preferred technician and time. A standard manicure or pedicure usually only needs a couple of days' notice, while extensions and detailed nail art are best booked one to two weeks ahead, especially around holidays. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the booked service. Clients arriving from another salon with gel or acrylic can be serviced after a soak-off and a health check. At the Los Feliz studio, a quick polish change needs no appointment.

Group bookings are offered for parties, bridal parties and events of any size, with partial or full buyouts available. Event coordination and group appointments are offered for weddings, photoshoots and other events.

Every service uses fresh single-use disposables that are not reused between clients. Reusable tools and surfaces follow a disinfection protocol between every appointment, and the salon states it sterilizes with dental-grade equipment at all of its locations. Clients with sensitive skin or allergies are asked to mention it when booking. The salon keeps a small range of low-odor, acid-free products and can patch-test. Hours at Beverly Hills and Toluca Lake are Saturday and Sunday 10am to 6:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am to 7:30pm, and Thursday closed.

The salon treats nail care as a considered craft, aiming for clean shapes, disciplined color and a minimalist finish on every set.
