Bridal work is the core of the menu. Bridal Glam pairs bridal makeup with hairstyling and lash application, starting with a consultation and an optional trial, and can be done on location. Traditional Glam offers culturally inspired makeup, traditional hairstyling and accessories for brides and their parties. Bridal Party Glam gives each member of a party individual makeup and hair, quoted by party size. Every bridal service comes with a complimentary Scheduled Bridal Timeline, which lays out a getting-ready schedule, sequences the appointments, builds in buffer time and lines up with venue and photographer timing, with the lead artist on site throughout.

Outside of weddings, clients can book makeup for a bridesmaid, a bride's or groom's mother, a home or hotel visit, or a studio session. Makeup is tailored to each client's features, skin tone and occasion, and covers evening and event looks, natural everyday looks and airbrush application. Hair work includes blowouts or silk presses, updos, curls, waves and braids, as well as frontal, closure and traditional weave installs. Cornrows are an added charge.

The Full Glam Experience is the studio's most complete package and can be done on location. It combines makeup, full hairstyling, a custom outfit from the studio's couture partner Sasy Couture, head-to-toe styling and a personal consultation. Sasy Couture also offers bridal and occasion wear consultations and personal styling, with a consultation included with each commission.

The Timeless Glam Masterclass is a live demonstration in which the Timeless Soft Glam is worked through from start to finish, taught by Bibi. It is watched rather than hands-on. There are three seat levels: a Signature Seat with livestream access, a digital guide and 30 days of replay access; an in-person Atelier Seat with a printed guide, a toolkit and refreshments; and an in-person Bespoke Table with priority seating, personalized product recommendations and a signed printed guide.

Reservations carry a non-refundable fee collected at booking and applied toward the service total. Cancellations need at least 72 hours notice or the fee is forfeited, and rescheduling inside 72 hours depends on availability and may need a new fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service or be cancelled without refund of the fee. No-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service amount, and future bookings then require full payment upfront. Confirmations go out by email or text, with reminders 48 and 24 hours ahead. Payment is taken securely through Square, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Apple Pay.

Looks are fitted to each client's features, skin tone and the occasion, with the aim of leaving clients feeling confident, safe and satisfied.
