The menu is organised around brows, which include microblading, nano microblading, powder brow, combination hybrid brows, luxury nano hair strokes and a men's nano microblading option. Semi-permanent work covers eyeliner tattoo, lip blush and Powder Brow MagicShadow. Temporary brow options include shaping, tinting, henna and lamination, and there are event brow makeup, event makeup, makeup lessons, a Yumi lash lift, scalp dry microneedling and scalp micropigmentation. Skin treatments include a BBGlow facial, microneedling facial, derma planing, microcurrent facial, facial cupping, gua sha with face massage and meso therapy.

Booking is by appointment. Guests arrive alone, since friends, partners, children and pets are not allowed in the studio, though there is a waiting area. Clients should come in 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Microblading, eyeliner and lip services include two sessions, with the touch-up 6 to 12 weeks after the first. Multi-step treatments such as microblading, scalp micropigmentation and permanent cosmetics produce results that vary by client, and no guarantees are made. Anyone wanting a correction to an existing brow tattoo must send clear photos for approval before booking, along with the date and number of earlier sessions and the previous artist's details.

A non-refundable deposit of 25 to 50 percent is due at booking and is taken off the cost of the first session. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 7 days' notice, and deposits and payments are non-refundable. A card is kept on file for no-show and late cancellation charges, and a late arrival may lead to cancellation with the deposit forfeited. Paying the remaining balance in cash brings a 5 percent discount, and tips are accepted by Venmo or cash. The Brooklyn studio is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. The Charlotte location is by appointment only, with the address emailed after booking. Pop-up shops have also been held in LA, South Florida, New Orleans and Charlotte.
