Clients who are new to the salon start with a two-hour appointment that opens with a consultation, so the hair care plan can be tailored before any service begins.

A press and curl visit runs about an hour and five minutes. It includes a relaxing hydrating shampoo, a steam deep conditioning treatment, a scalp massage and a silk press finish.

The salon also offers Beauty Club memberships. The One Week Refresher Club and Two Week Refresher Club each start with a one-time setup fee and then bill monthly for three months. Members receive a Hair Care Kit at sign-up, priority booking and a custom hair treatment plan. Unused appointments roll over to the next billing cycle, but they need to be used within five months of the billing cycle start. Add-on services are available for an extra fee.

Services are shaped around each client's hair through a consultation and a custom treatment plan.
