The salon works by appointment only and does not take walk-ins. Appointments are booked online, and questions that go beyond booking are handled by email. New clients are recommended to book a consultation so that the total cost and plan can be confirmed, and new guests are encouraged to have a consultation before any chemical service. Booking policies apply across the salon. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows, meaning no call, text or email before the appointment, are charged the full service. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, and late arrivals may be treated as a late cancellation. Adjustments are made at no charge if requested within 48 hours of service.
