Every service includes a shampoo, conditioning and a complimentary steam treatment. Booking is organized into first-time client services and returning client services, with returning services split by how long it has been since the last visit at a three-month mark. Haircuts and hair treatments can be added to a booking.

Booking requires a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total booked services, due at booking and applied to the appointment cost. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead lose the retainer, while later cancellations and no-shows are charged the remaining balance, and no-shows cannot book again. Rescheduling needs at least 48 hours' notice by email and is allowed once per quarter with the retainer carried over. Clients get a 15-minute grace period for services and 5 minutes for consultations before a $15.00 late fee applies. Payment is electronic only through Square, and the full balance is due during the appointment. Clients arrive alone at their set time and wait in their car until admitted.

After-hours appointments can be requested by email and carry a non-refundable convenience fee of 50% of total service costs. Add-ons requested after that fee is charged are billed at 1.5 times their original cost. Saturday bookings that would be the first of the day take the first or last slot, and later Saturday bookings may be moved without notice.
