Extension work starts with a free consultation. The stylist assesses the hair and scalp before installation, recommends an extension type and method, and gives guidance on caring for the extensions. Install prices for one, two, and two and a half or three rows do not include the hair, which is priced separately, but do include shaping and styling. The average client needs about 50 grams of hair per row. Move-ups are priced by row count, with optional added curls at $25 for one or two rows and $30 for two and a half or three rows. Clients should arrive with clean hair for a move-up, or a $50 wash and blow dry charge applies. Toning, which includes a clarifying treatment for hard water and a deep conditioning treatment on the extensions, is recommended every other move-up for blondes and every third or fourth for brunettes.

The studio sells 100% human Remy hair extensions in straight, natural wave, body wave and curly textures. A 50-gram bundle costs $300 in 18 inch, $340 in 20 inch and $390 in 22 inch. The business says its hair is comparable in quality to hair used by many high-end salons and that lower overhead and buying directly from the factory let it charge less; this is the salon's own claim.

Color is priced on top of hair and installation or move-up costs. Rooting extensions cost $120 for one to three rows, on or off the head, and all-over color on extensions costs $170 including the hair. Dimensional color starts at $250. Salon hair services include partial highlights at $200, full highlights at $300, babylights around the face at $170, all-over color at $170, root retouch at $120, and toner or gloss at $120 (or $80 with a haircut). Haircuts include shampoo and styling; women's cuts are $55 with Cora and $65 with Carol, and men's cuts are $45 with Cora and $65 with Carol. Hair treatments run $15 to $40 as an add-on. A K18 bonding treatment for natural hair costs $30 and can be added to any color service. Far infrared sauna sessions of up to 30 minutes cost $35 and are open to salon guests only. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service; within 24 hours, 50% of the scheduled cost is charged. Prices may change if a service needs to be specialized.
