The services are all eyelash extensions. Classic lashing places one extension on each isolated natural lash to add length and some fullness, for a look similar to mascara. Volume lashing places a handmade fan of two to six thin extensions on each isolated natural lash for a more dramatic result. Hybrid lashes combine classic and volume techniques across the lash line. Existing extensions can be removed with a gel remover.

Full sets are booked for two and a half hours and most fills for two hours. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and the fill price depends on how many extensions remain from the previous set. Anything booked after three weeks is treated as a full set. A $25 deposit is required for full sets. Deposits are paid through the booking site, and an invoice is emailed after an appointment is booked. Availability outside the listed hours is very limited, so clients who need an after-hours appointment are asked to reach out as early as possible.

Booking policies: only one reschedule is approved per deposit, and another rescheduled booking requires a new deposit. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the service. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged a $30 late cancellation fee. The booking site lists Sunday hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Monday hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with the business closed Tuesday through Saturday.
