Beyond the Lash LLC

Beyond the Lash is a lash and brow studio at 473 Broadway, Suite 204, in Bayonne, New Jersey. The studio was opened by owner Tyesha Campbell after she trained and worked in lash extensions.

Extension work ranges from classic sets with one extension per natural lash to wispy, volume, hybrid and strip lash styles. Sets with more volume take longer, and the listed times run from about one hour to two and a half hours. Refills are typically booked at two to three weeks, when half of the extensions remain. Lashes applied at another salon must be removed first, since the studio does not work over other artists' work.

Brow services include shaping with a semi-permanent tint, a plant-derived henna that contains no peroxide, and a keratin-based lamination that lifts and smooths brows. The site says lamination results can last up to two months. Lash tint, a keratin lash lift and a patch test for lash extension products round out the menu. Gift cards are sold as Square eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount.

Booking requires a $35 non-refundable deposit, which goes toward the service and can be paid by payment link, Zelle or Venmo. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours carry a $25 fee. Clients should arrive without makeup and with mascara residue removed, and anyone more than 15 minutes late has the appointment canceled. The studio is open Monday and Tuesday evenings, Wednesday and Thursday days, Friday until 6 pm and Saturday until 4 pm, and is closed Sunday. Meter parking is available.
